ZTE India Aims for $ 1 Billion Revenue in 2008

12th December 2007, New Delhi, India - ZTE Corporation , a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, has announced that it is aiming to achieve US $ 1 Billion revenue in 2008 in India. ZTE also claims that India is the most strategic market destination for them outside China. It plans to further recruit more than 500 engineers in 2008. ZTE India has also revealed its Contract revenue for the year 2007 has already crossed $800 million. India has become the 2nd largest market for ZTE for a all products after China.  

ZTE, a Principal sponsor and a participant at the INDIA TELECOM 2007 to be held on 12-15 December 2007 at Pragati Maidan Exhibition Center, New Delhi, India, will showcase its full range products and solutions under the theme of "Talking to the future". During the show, one can witness company's latest technology achievements including wireless network solutions, GSM/WCDMA/CDMA2000, WiMAX, Mobile Core Network/IMS), F3G Network Solutions (Broadband Access, IPTV, Anyservice, F3G, etc.), Transmission System and Power Supply System.
