Navega Honduras Selects Juniper Networks Routers for Network Expansion

SUNNYVALE, Calif., February 5, 2008--Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR), the leader in high-performance networking, today announced that Navega Honduras, carrier of carriers and one of the leading telecom service providers in Central America, has selected Juniper Networks M-series routing platform for a network upgrade that will enable it to quickly and cost-effectively expand its advanced connectivity services. The upgraded network, developed in partnership with systems integrator and solutions provider, Solunet, will deliver high-performance and increased reliability and security, which will decrease costs and improve service quality on Navega Honduras' network.

The Navega Honduras network supports high-quality VoIP, Data, and Multiplay applications. The company had deployed Juniper Networks M-series routers in the network edge during 2006 and was pleased with the high level of performance, availability and service flexibility. The additional M120 routers in the network will offer a consistent level of performance, availability and operational efficiency throughout all the layers of the network infrastructure.
